South East Palliative Care are extremely
grateful for the support of the Cardinia Foundation and City of
Casey for grants that assisted in the attainment of several laptops
to advance the quality of care for our patients in real time
remotely at the point of contact care. This has enabled us to fully
automate the medical records from a paper based version to an
electronic format resulting in major shifts in improved planning,
co-ordination and integration of care. |
